Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your MOTRA AI account and its associated data from the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open MOTRA AI and go to More.
  2. Under My Garage, select Delete Account and Data.
  3. Review the permanent-deletion message, then select Delete permanently. Select Cancel if you do not wish to continue.

Verification before deletion

For Google sign-in, MOTRA AI asks you to verify your Google sign-in again. For phone sign-in, MOTRA AI sends a fresh verification code and asks you to enter the 6-digit code in Verify your phone. This protects your account from deletion by someone who is not currently authorized to use it. Anonymous guest accounts can be deleted from the same in-app screen.

What successful deletion removes

After the deletion request succeeds, MOTRA AI removes the Firebase Authentication account and the complete Firestore users/{verifiedUid} document tree for the verified account. This includes account profile and guest-usage fields, vehicle profiles, diagnosis history, daily usage records, and nested data stored below that user document.

Unable to access the app?

Email sysn06@gmail.com with the subject “MOTRA AI account deletion request.” Include enough account information for us to identify the account safely, but do not send passwords, verification codes, or government ID by email. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.

Timing and exceptions

In-app deletion is completed only when MOTRA AI confirms success. For emailed requests, timing depends on account verification and request handling; this page does not promise immediate deletion. Information that must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purpose may be retained only as required for that purpose.
